Senator Girgenti joins Governor Jon Corzine for the signing of S1304, which upgrades unlawful possession of a machine gun or assault firearm to a crime of the second degree at the Statehouse in Trenton, N.J. on Thursday, Feb. 5, 2009. They are joined at the ceremony by Assembly members and CeaseFire New Jersey representatives.
